The position I am applying for is “Technical Team lead”




· In my first few days I will be learning as much as possible to understand our groups purpose and the dynamics of each position and the culture that I am part of in the company.




· As a quick learner I will have an understanding of the position and the tools available I will draw on my strengths to lead out whenever possible to accomplish the goal of refreshing the world and inspiring others with optimism




· After 30 Days I will have a great deal of understanding and work with others to improve the organization by being an example of hard work and dedication by coming in early and staying late.




· As I approach the 60 day mark I will be fully involved with the projects and daily needs of the team and company so I can be a key contributor and work well with coworkers and management.




· Nearing the 90 day Mark my full understanding of the position will drive my daily activity to be a 100% contributor and fill in the gaps the help make a complete team as we support the technical infrastructure




As a key contributor I will seek to take on more responsibility as asked and work to prove myself over and over while accomplishing the daily tasks at hand.
